Due to the continued success and further expansion of our lubricants business we are presently seeking two Industrial Lubricants SALES ENGINEERS, one for our South East area, essentially in and around the M25, reporting to the Head Office in Wandsworth, and another in the South West, joining our Hookins business sales team, reporting to the SW Area Manager. These two vacancies represent a move into Industrial Lubricants sales, mainly coolants and metalworking fluids, with a well respected brand and a range of new and innovative products. These new products will command a premium price in the market place due to their exclusive new technology and problem solving attributes.
The right candidates are likely to have previous experience in this sector with another oil company or distributor. You will need to demonstrate a successful history of generating profitable sales from both managing existing accounts, while actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities.
A company car will be provided together with laptop, home office equipment and broadband, and mobile phone of course, together with comprehensive sales management tools. In return for a competitive salary the Company has high expectations of staff’s efficient utilisation and dedication to the tools and systems provided, and profit generation. Immediate start offered to the right candidates. The positions will be subject to agreed targets and objectives to be reviewed every two months during the initial probationary 6 month period.
The posts benefit from a very competitive salary plus a performance related bonus scheme based on targets and objectives and performance measurement.
